A MAN has pled guilty to committing a religiously aggravated hate crime in Bulphan.
Narinder Singh, aged 61, of John Street, Brighton pled guilty to the following.
Between 11/02/2018 and 27/03/2018 at Upminster pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of two individuals who reside in Stanley Road, Bulphan, which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that between 11/02/2018 and 27/03/2018 you have sent numerous abusive letters to the family home and the offence was religiously aggravated within the terms of section 28 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
Singh was fined £290 and a restraining order was imposed on him.
