ESSEX Police are no longer looking for Kurt Rafferty, who was wanted in connection with breaching a restraining order and failing to appear in court.
Rafferty, 30, of no fixed address, was arrested on May 3 and appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Thursday May 4.
He was sentenced to 26 weeks in prison in total after admitting to breaching a restraining order, assaulting a police officer in Grays on November 20, 2016 and criminal damage.
