A SOUTH Ockendon woman charged with two counts of assault has had her case dismissed.
Louise Brosnan, aged 39, of Viola Close, South Ockendon faced two charges relating to incidents on December 28th, 2016.
The case was dealt with at Basildon magistrates court on February 28th.
Not only was the case dismissed but Ms Brosnan’s costs including an amount in respect of legal costs are to be paid to her.
