
TWO men have been charged in connection with an investigation into the supply of Class A drugs in Thurrock.
Officers stopped a vehicle in Grays at about 2pm on Tuesday 24 May.
During a search of the vehicle officers located a quantity of what we believe to be Class A drugs.
During a further search of a property, we uncovered a further quantity of what we suspect to be Class A drugs.
As part of the investigation, we have seized about £400,000 of what we believe to be Class A drugs.
Gerard Gjoni, 27, of Harlington Road West, in Feltham, London, and Cahani Genti, 26, of Boswell Close, in Orpington, London, have been charged with possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
Gjoni is also charged with possession of a knife or bladed article in a public place.
They will appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday 26 May.
