ESSEX Police would like to find Ethan Winters, 33, for failing to appear at court charged with causing children to suffer serious harm and unnecessary suffering.
Winters is 6ft 1ins tall, wears ear piercings and he could be sleeping rough in London.
He sometimes goes by the alias David Hatton.
Winters has links to Thurrock and Hemel Hempstead.
