A MAN has been summonsed to appear at court following a fatal collision in Stanford-le-Hope.
Kieran Dorsey, 24, of Shortlands, Basildon, will answer three charges of causing death by dangerous driving and one charge of perverting the cause of justice at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on February 28.
Two women were pronounced dead at the scene of a collision on Lower Dunton Road, which occurred shortly after 4.30pm on July 3 2017.
A third woman later died in hospital on August 29, 2017.
