A WOMAN has been summonsed to appear at court in connection with an incident in Tilbury.
Police received reports a firearm was seen and shots fired in Albany Road on November 24, 2017.
Abbie Woodham, 26, of Lime Close, South Ockendon, has been summonsed to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on April 5 to face charges of possessing a loaded shotgun in a public place and assisting an offender.
Lord Curtis Lodge, 29, of Buckles Lane, South Ockendon, has been charged with possession of a firearm in a public place, attempted arson and possession of a firearm when prohibited for life.
He denies the charges and is due to stand trial at Basildon Crown Court on May 21.
