A PURFLEET woman has been fined £780 for selling fake designer goods.
Cristina Rocha, aged, of Windermere Avenue, Purfleet, pled guilty to the following at Basildon magistrates court.
On 03/08/2017 at Purfleet, with a view to gain for yourself or another, or with intent to cause loss to another, and without the consent of the proprietor, sold goods, namely “Louis Vuitton Bag”, bearing, or the packaging of which bore, a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, a registered trade mark, namely Louis Vuitton.
On 07/11/2017 at Purfleet, with a view to gain for yourself or another, or with intent to cause loss to another, and without the consent of the proprietor, sold goods, namely “Louis Vuitton Clutch Bag and Louis Vuitton Make up/Wash Bag”, bearing, or the packaging of which bore, a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, a registered trade mark, namely Louis Vuitton.
On 07/12/2017 at Purfleet, with a view to gain for yourself or another, or with intent to cause loss to another, and without the consent of the proprietor, sold goods, namely Pair of Mulberry Gloves, bearing, or the packaging of which bore, a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, a registered trade mark, namely Mulberry.
Rocha was fined £790.00
