A GRAYS drivers has been convicted following their Christmas anti-drink and drug driving campaign.
The campaign ran between December 1 and January 1 and 148 people were arrested.
They have released details of people convicted of a drink or drug driving related offence having been arrested during the campaign to act as a deterrent to others considering doing the same.
Catalin Mocanu, 38, of Waterson Road, Grays:
– Arrested at 10.15pm on December 9 in Waterson Road, Chadwell St Mary;
– Disqualified for three years, fined £360, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £36 victim surcharge for drink driving.
