POLICE in Grays have charged a man with driving without due care and attention and he will appear at Magistrates Court next month.
The collision involved two cars, a motorcycle, and a London taxi on Southend Road (near to the Tesco Express) shortly after 9pm on Sunday, September 9. The motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to Queens Hospital after sustaining a head injury.
The 76-year-old Honda driver, from Grays was arrested at the scene and has now been charged. He will appear at Basildon Magistrates Court on March 7.
