A woman has been charged in connection with a number of burglaries.
Lindsay Hilden, 36, unemployed, of no fixed address, was charged with conspiracy to burgle various homes in Canvey, Thurrock, Romford and Barking between December 13 and February 1 and one count of theft on January 2.
She appeared at Basildon on Magistrates’ Court on Friday February 3 and was remanded in custody to appear at Basildon Crown Court on March 3.
A 42-year-old man of no fixed address who was arrested on suspicion of burglary was taken into custody on February 1 and later to hospital. He remains under arrest but is currently undergoing hospital treatment.
