A GRAYS WOMAN has escaped jail after being found four times over the legal limit for drink driving.
Danielle Clark, aged 27, of Northfields, Grays pled guilty to the following charge.
On 17/08/2016 at Grays drove a motor vehicle on a road, namely Stanford Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your blood, namely 305 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, exceeded the prescribed limit.
Clark was given a three month jail sentence, suspended for one year. Disqualified from driving, fined £200 and sent on a drink drivers programme.
