ESSEX Police want to speak to 26-year-old Charles Willats in connection to a collision in Corringham.
At about 12.30pm on 27 April, two vehicles were involved in a collision in Gardner Avenue, leaving one person injured. The driver failed to stop at the scene, failed to report the collision, and was driving without a licence or insurance.

Willats is white, of slim build, with very short brown hair.
We believe he was last living in Chadwell St Mary and he has connections to Basildon.
