ESSEX Police is appealing for witnesses or dash cam footage following a collision in Grays.
It was reported that a mother and daughter were walking on the pavement in Warren Lane, Chafford Hundred at 8.30pm on Monday 22 July when they were approached from behind by a person on an e-scooter.

The e-scooter struck the young girl, causing her to fall. She sustained bruising and grazes.
The rider did not stop. They were described as an Asian boy, between 14-18, of a skinny build with black, short hair. He was wearing glasses and a grey tracksuit. The e-scooter was black with no lights.
