ESSEX Police is appealing for information on a person who fled from a serious collision which took place in Dock Road, Grays, earlier today, Saturday 12 November.
They attended the incident, which involved a Volkswagen and a Kia, shortly before 5.15pm.
Initial reports stated there had been a serious, head-on collision between two vehicles.
When officers arrived at the scene, they were told that one person had fled from one of the vehicles.
They have reason to believe this person may be seriously injured and we would like to locate them as soon as possible to ensure they receive the hospital treatment we believe they need.
They need anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch as soon as possible by calling 101.
