POLICE officers had contact with a missing student nurse on the day she disappeared from her family home.
Owami Davies vanished from her address in Grays, nearly six weeks ago, before appearing three days later on CCTV in Croydon, south London.
But mystery still surrounds what has happened to her.
It can now be revealed, on the day she was officially reported missing on July 6, that Met Police officers spoke to the 24-year-old in Croydon.
But they had no idea that she was an official missing person because the police database had not been updated by Essex Police.
