A COLLISION between two cars in East Tilbury led to the arrest of two people suspected of taking a car without permission.
The incident happened at 11am on Wednesday February 19th when a Seat car failed to stop for police officers in Linford.
The car drove on to East Tilbury where, on Princess Margaret Road, it came into collision with a Ford Ka.
The occupants of the Seat left the scene but were arrested shortly afterwards.
A 24-year-old woman and an 18-year-old male were arrested, conveyed to Grays Police Station and subsequently released on police bail pending further inquiry.
