A MAN from East Tilbury has been charged with police assault.
James Baker, aged 36, of Alexandra Way, East Tilbury was charged with the following.
On July 3rd, 2021 assaulted an emergency worker, a police constable, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker.
YT understands that a warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to attend Basildon magistrates court on October 21st.
