TWO people have been arrested and drugs and weapons seized during a warrant by our Disruptor Team in Grays.
Officers carried out a warrant at an address in Flint Street on Thursday morning (17 June).
They recovered 20 cannabis plants and a number of weapons.

A 30 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of abstracting electricity and production of cannabis while a 32 year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of abstracting electricity, cannabis cultivation, and possession of Class B or C drugs.
They have both since been released under investigation.
Their new Disruptor Teams focus on identifying, investigating and tackling crimes and anti-social behaviour which impacts communities and protecting vulnerable people.
The teams work closely with local policing teams and intelligence departments to provide an effective option in developing and acting upon community intelligence.
Sergeant James Bull, from the Disruptor Team in the west of the county, said: “This was a successful warrant in our ongoing work to tackle the sale of drugs across Essex.
“We know there is a link between the sale of drugs, like cannabis, and violence, as well as a link between cannabis cultivations and aggravated burglaries where violence is being used.
“We will continue to work to take drugs off our streets and ensure they can’t get into our communities.”
