
A GRAYS man has been made the subject of a community order after breaking his sexual harm prevention order.
Trevor Edmeades, aged 46, of Seabrooke Rise, Grays pleaded guilty at Basildon magistrates court to the following.
On March 24th, 2021 at Grays without reasonable excuse, did something, namely failed to make three devices capable of accessing the internet available to the police for inspection upon request, that you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by Basildon Crown Court on 9th September 2016.
On March 24th 2021 at Grays without reasonable excuse, did something, namely failed to make three devices capable of storing digital images available to the police for inspection upon request, that you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by Basildon Crown Court on 9th September 2016.
On 24/03/2021 at Grays , without reasonable excuse, did something, namely acquired 6 devices capable of storing digital images without prior notification to the police, that you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by Basildon Crown Court on 9th September 2016.
He was fined £215.00 and had to forfeit three mobile phones.
He also had to attend up to 40 days of Rehabilitation Activity Requirement
