ESSEX Police want to speak to him in connection with an investigation into the theft of tools.
They were stolen from a vehicle parked outside the Aveley Youth and Community Centre in High Street at 1pm on Thursday 11 June.
The suspects were driving a vehicle similar to a Ford Transit van.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Resolution Centre on 101 quoting refence 42/83841/20.
