AN Essex Police spokesperson said: “We would like to speak to him about a burglary at St James Church, in Church Road, between 8.30pm and 8.50pm on Tuesday 2 July.
“We received information that a man forced entry to the build and left empty handed.
“We would also like to talk to him about a burglary in Potsea Road, Tilbury, at around 1.10am on Saturday 6 June where a man entered a property and stole a bag.
Dowman, 45, from Tilbury, is 5ft 7ins and uses the alias Jamie Goyette.
Anyone with information is asked to call Grays police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
