A STANFORD-le-Hope woman has been fined over a series of frauds.
Charlotte Lovell, aged 25, of King Street, Stanford-le-Hope was found guilty of the following at Basildon magistrates court.
On 09/12/2018 at Stanford-Le-Hope committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely using a stolen contactless debit card in someone else’s name, intending to make a gain, namely obtaining various amount of groceries totalling £25.22, for yourself
On 09/12/2018 at Stanford-le-Hope committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely used a stolen contactless debit card, intending to make a gain, namely purchase lottery scratch cards totalling £20.00, for yourself.
On 09/12/2018 at Stanford-le-Hope committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely got someone to use a stolen contactless debit card on your behalf, intending to make a gain, namely purchasing lottery scratch cards totalling £25.00, for yourself
Lovell was made subject to a community order undefined a total of £455.22
