ESSEX Police want to talk to Frame, 33, from South Ockendon in relation to alleged offences of burglary, criminal damage, assault and harassment.
He has a name tattooed on his neck and a tattoo on one of his fingers. He also has scars on his right arm and hand.
Members of the public are encouraged not to approach him.
Anyone with information is asked to call Grays police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
