ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision involving two cars in Orsett.
A blue Ford Focus and a black Ford Fiesta were in collision on the A128 Brentwood Road shortly before 7.50pm on Saturday 9 February.
The Fiesta driver, a 23-year-old man from Grays, was taken to hospital with serious multiple injuries.
The Focus driver, a 50-year-old man from Grays, suffered minor injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing and they are appealing for witnesses who were in the area at the time and saw what happened, or saw either car before the collision.
They are also keen to speak to anyone with dash cam footage.
