A SOUTH OCKENDON teenager is set to stand trial over a number of charges including possession of an imitation firearm.
George Wilderspin, aged 19, of Humber Avenue, South Ockendon has pled not guilty to the following.
On 17/11/2017 at Upminster, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a Red Toyota Yaris, of a value unknown, for the benefit of yourself or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods
On 17/11/2017 at Upminster, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely Pike Lane, Upminster, an imitation firearm, namely Grand Power K100 CO2 powered BB gun, which is a .177 calibre self loading pistol
He has been remanded on bail until the next court appearance on February 22nd, 2019.
