ESSEX Police have charged a man with rape, attempted rape and criminal damage following an incident in Chadwell St Mary.
Ricardas Tiskus, 38, of no fixed address, has been remanded to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Monday, November 26.
A spokesperson said: “We were called at around 3pm on Friday, November 23, after a woman reported she had been raped inside a property.
“We attended and arrested a man at the scene.
“The woman continues to receive support by specialist officers”.
