On 17/11/2017 at Tilbury threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely cigarette and left it in outside Bus Stop, Crown Road, Grays a place to which section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied.

Kedisha Henry, aged 30, of Goldsmith, Grays
On 17/11/2017 at Grays threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely a cigarette and left it in the High Street, outside the Train Crossing a place to which section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied.
