More people fined for dropping litter in Grays

Basildon Magistrates Court

MORE people have been fined for dropping litter in Grays.

All cases were dealt with at Basildon magistrates court.

Wesley Farrell, aged 39, of Bronte Close, Tilbury

On 17/11/2017 at Tilbury threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely cigarette and left it in outside Bus Stop, Crown Road, Grays a place to which section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied.

Fined £220.
Verdict: Proved in Absence.

Kedisha Henry, aged 30, of Goldsmith, Grays

On 17/11/2017 at Grays threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely a cigarette and left it in the High Street, outside the Train Crossing a place to which section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied.

Fined: £608.00
Verdict: Proved in absence

John Rohoman, aged 43, of Constantine Road Camden

On 27/11/2017 at Grays, threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely cigarette and left it in outside Thurrock Business Centre, High Street, Grays a place to which section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied.

Verdict: Proved in Absence

On 21/11/2017 at Grays threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely cigarette and left it in outside State Cinema, High Street, Grays a place to which section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied.
